Food & Support

• Warm, plate and serve food with care
• Maintain a clean and organized buffet
• Pass hors d'oeuvres and beverages 
• Package leftovers for easy storage
• Pick up and deliver food, cake, ice or supplies
• Supply bartenders and arrange barware before guests arrive

 Atmosphere & Guest Experience 

• Set the table and assist with decor
• Greet guests, take coats and accept any food or drinks they may bring
• Ensure your space feels welcoming and polished

 Cleanup & Care

• Clear and wash all service ware
• Reset spaces throughout the event as needed

 Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist with timeline, staffing, and vendor referrals
• Offer guidance on layout, flow, and guest experience

 Every event is unique. The number of Hostess Helpers depends on: 

• Type of service ware used (disposable vs. formal)
• Formality and flow of your event
• Number of guests and service stations 

• $30/hr per Hostess Helper (4-hour minimum)
• Holiday rates may apply
• Custom quotes available upon request
• Payment accepted via Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check
